Trinity Force Limited Lifetime Warranty

All Trinity Force optics are backed and protected by our guaranteed lifetime warranty. If any product is found to have defects in materials and workmanship, Trinity Force will, at our discretion, repair or replace the product. All products purchased within 90 days of sale are required to submit a copy of Proof of Purchase. Any purchases 90 days and after will require a $10 handling fee made payable by check or money order to Trinity Force Corporation. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be issued before returning the product.

Trinity Force Accessories:

If any product is found to have defects in materials and workmanship, Trinity Force will, at our discretion, repair or replace the product. Return Procedure:

1.  Call our Return Servicing Center at 626-330-6607 to submit an inquiry and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

2.  Fill out a warranty form, which you can find on our website at www.trinityforcecorp.com

3.  Along with the warranty form, please include a copy of the receipt and handling fee, if needed.

Within 90 days – If item is purchase within 90 days, the shipping and handling fee is waived.

90 days & Over – If item is purchase 90 days and over, a $10 handling fee must be included.

4.  Pack everything securely in a box. Make sure all products have adequate packaging material and send to the address listed below:

Sightmark Limited Lifetime Warranty

Your Sightmark product is warranted free of defects in materials and workmanship with the Sightmark Limited Lifetime Warranty. For night vision products, the image intensifier tube and the digital imaging sensor that enables night vision capability is warranted to be free from defects for a period of 3 years, as are other light emitting devices such as laser diodes and LED’s. Batteries are not covered under warranty.

In the event of a defect under this warranty, Sightmark will, at their option, repair or replace the product. This warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse or improper handling. Also, this warranty is null and void if modification or maintenance is provided by someone other than Sightmark. This warranty is non-transferable and is only valid if the product is registered within 30 days after the product has been purchased.

Due to international laws, Sightmark products out of the United States are covered under a ten year Lifetime Warranty unless otherwise stated by law.

Warranty Service

To receive a RA number for warranty service, or out-of-warranty repair, you will need to do the following:

1. Fill out the online document labeled Return Warranty Authorization Form, or call 1-877-431-3579. If you are outside the US, call 1-817-225-0310.

2. Once the request has been received you will either receive a reply email that contains all necessary return information, or a customer service representative will contact you and give you an RA number over the phone.

If you are sending in a product for a warranty repair, you will be required to fill out a RA request form. Once the form has been received and processed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your RA number and a PDF Return Form. The Return Form must be filled out completely, and mailed in, with your product. In order for your repair to be successfully fulfilled, be sure to closely follow all instructions outlined by the Return Form. If any of the aforementioned instructions are not properly followed, your request cannot be processed and the product will be held until you are contacted, and proper documentation is received.

To Send in the Product

To send in the product, you will be required to include the following items:

1. The filled out Return Warranty Authorization Form.

2. The defective product.

3. Copy of the original receipt showing when and where the product was purchased.

4. The RA number printed on the box, with a return address.

This warranty is non-transferable and is only valid if the product is registered within 30 days after the product has been purchased.

Refunds

For a refund you must have purchased the product from www.sightmark.com. The first purchase of any model has a 14 day, 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a particular product you may return it for a full credit within 14 days with your proof of purchase. Warranty Disclaimer

Radical Firearms manufactured or branded products come with a limited lifetime warranty granted to the original owner of the product. This warranty is non-transferable. Radical Firearms products are warranted to be free of manufacture and workmanship defects. Under this warranty Radical Firearms upon inspection will repair or replace a product due to any defects found in material or workmanship.

Radical Firearms warranty will not cover any of the following: Unauthorized alterations to a firearm or upper. Changing of a product any way from the factory condition. Careless or negligent handling resulting in accidental damage of a product. Barrel obstructions due to ammunition or improper maintenance. Ordinary wear and tear of a product including cosmetic damage. Unauthorized repairs not made by Radical Firearms. Damage caused by not conducting routine maintenance resulting in rust or corrosion.
The use of the following types of ammunition will void the warranty: hand-loaded, factory remanufactured, or factory loaded ammunition not loaded to C.I.P. or SAAMI specifications.

Any repairs that are conducted on a voided warranty will be at the expense of the customer. In order for warranty work to be conducted a RMA number must be on the product being repaired either on the shipping label or written on the package. If there is no RMA number present on the shipping label or written on the package, then the product will be returned to the courier used. Repair requests will be made through the Radical Firearms Customer Service Department and at the time an RMA number will be issued. If the item was purchased directly from Radical Firearms please have your order number and e-mail ready before contacting a Radical Firearms Customer Service Representative. If a product was not ordered from Radical Firearms please provide an invoice from the dealer from which the product was purchased from and send the invoice to Customer Service through e-mail. When sending products for repair the contents of the package must be adequately secure to protect from damage that may occur during the shipping process. Radical Firearms is not responsible for damage of a product caused by shipping.
